There, he anchors the evening weather news at 5, 6 & 11 p.m. on CBS3, and at 10 p.m. on CW Philly. Prior to this, she was serving WJLA-TV as the chief meteorologist. Prior to working for WJLA, he worked as the Chief Meteorologist at stations in Columbus, OH, Phoenix, AZ, and Spokane, WA. Also, he has served at TV stations in Sacramento, CA, Cincinnati, OH, Medford, OR, and Eureka, CA. Further, he is known throughout the state for his popular “Weather on the Go” series.
His series is known for the stunts he does such as turning a whole golf course green into his weather “green screen,” on this program. Moreover, he has gained various awards for generating an ingenious at-home layout whereby he has a wholly operating studio with a chromakey wall and an outdoor live region that uses augmented reality graphics.
Furthermore, he has 11 Emmy awards counting the Emmy win for Best Weather Anchor in the National Capital/Chesapeake Bay area for 2 years consecutively. Also, was awarded five Associate Press awards for Best Weather Anchor, a regional Edward R. Murrow award for technological innovation, and was voted Best Weathercaster in both Columbus Monthly and Phoenix Magazine. On top of that, he has appeared as a guest 12 times on ABC’s Good Morning America and four times on the network’s World News Tonight.
