He joined the ABC 15 news team in September 2008.  Upon joining the station in 2008, he first served the station as a multimedia journalist for 3 years. Later, he was upgraded to an investigative reporter which he has held down for 11 years and a month.

Prior to working for KNXV, he served the East Valley Tribune as a reporter since January 2007 for a year and 8 months. This is where he began his career. While working as a print reporter, he broadcasted the local and public safety. Further, he serves to protect the citizen’s tax dollars, uncover public misconduct and hold officials accountable.

His work has led to the dismissal of top officials from office, changing of laws and imprisonment of criminals. Through his reporting, he has gained 3 state Emmy Awards, the U.S. Hillman Prize, and over three dozen other local, regional, and national honors. Also, he gained a duPont-Columbia Award. When he’s not working, Biscobing enjoys cheering for the Wisconsin Badgers, playing basketball, and golfing.
