While there, she witnessed news stories about child abuse, mayor re-elections, the death of a State Police trooper, and even a story about a cat that found their way home. After graduating Taylor started working as a reporter for Lancaster County’s Blue Ridge News 11 as a reporter and producer.
In July 2018 she joined ABC 27 News as a multimedia journalist and weekday news reporter. After that, Taylor was moved to the weekend evening producer position. Not long after she switched to weekend evening anchor. While there, she covered a great deal of news. Being a Midstate native, Taylor took great pleasure in reporting from and narrating stories about her hometown.
