Roman works for FOX 10 as an anchor and a reporter. She joined the FOX 10 News team in July 2011. Prior to this, she served at the NBC affiliate in Las Vegas via the Midwest. While there, she initially served as a weekend anchor and then went on to anchor the midday show in Springfield. Further, she has reported on everything such as fatal tornadoes, Presidential visits, and crime and education.
Additionally, twice she served WLS-TV as an intern and worked for NBC Network News in Chicago as an intern. Furthermore, she served in Phoenix at KTVK-TV prior to serving in Yakima as a reporter and an anchor. To boot, she has a massive passion for TV journalism. And, she believes that every story telecasted matters and assists someone. In addition, she enjoys listening to the concerns of local residents and getting out in the community.
Throughout her time in Las Vegas, she reported on the Monte Carlo fire, the apprehension of O.J. Simpson, and the Hepatitis C Health scare that impacted thousands of residents there. Further, she debated a North Las Vegas neighborhood alongside Hillary Clinton. Else, she reported live on the unforgettable democratic debates held in the Valley. Also, she has been featured on MSNBC, CNN, and the Today Show.
When she is not working, she and her husband enjoy Chihuahua “Shorty.” Furthermore, they love hiking all the local mountain ranges and taking advantage of the weather in the Valley. During warm nights they take their 1963 Cadillac Convertible for a spin or hop on one of their custom motorcycles for a ride up Camelback Mountain. Else, Roman is an ardent reader and shopper. On a side note, she is studying to be fluent in Spanish.
