Ashley Glass is an American journalist currently working on Weekdays from  4:30  to a.m., and hosts  “Today on 5″  and regularly produces in-depth reports for all WPTV platforms.  When she started working at  WPTV in 2022, she got right to work,  reporting on the midterm elections and the devastation caused by Hurricane Ian in southwest Florida.

Prior to joining WPTV, she was working at CBS12 News This Morning as the weekday co-anchor. She served by anchoring the news at 4:30-7 a.m., 9 a.m., and noon together with Matt Lincoln as well as AMS meteorologist Chris Farrell.
