This was accorded to her for being the Best Specialized reporter and Best Investigative Reporter.
Recently, she was honored as the best anchor for the Associated Press Award and also for her cancer special Edward R. Murrow Award. Additionally, she was also accorded various community awards for her underprivileged work. Aside from being an anchor, she is also an author and a speaker. Coming out of her battle with cancer, she recalls her journey as a moment of spiritual learning that she wouldn’t trade worldwide for anything. Ladun also holds several events to raise money for cancer prevention, education, and research. Having successfully completed chemotherapy, she vowed to ensure the public has access to cancer information.
