Schnee, a seasoned news and sports journalist from southern Oregon, previously worked as the sports director and prime-time sports anchor at KDRV-TV in Medford. She later served as a prime-time evening co-anchor at KTVL-TV. To further cement his ties to Oregon communities, he even dabbled in local radio and university sports announcing throughout the state. While Schnee was an Oregonian, he covered the 2018 midterm elections, a closely contested gubernatorial race, and wildland fires across the West.
Furthermore, Schnee was employed as a breaking news reporter at Springfield’s WSHM-TV and provided play-by-play commentary for professional and collegiate teams across New England. While still a student, he started his career as a sports intern at WTIC-TV and host on a New Hampshire-based ESPN-Radio affiliate.
Schnee, a graduate of Keene State College, is proud to call Utah home and remarks that the state has “its own beauty to compete with,” but he does miss the changing of the seasons to which he was accustomed as a native of New England. He frequently goes skiing with his family, plays golf with friends, and travels with his wife, daughter, and dog.
