Gaskins serves as a sports reporter and anchor at WBTV. Before joining the network, he tenured at WOLO|ABC Columbia as a sports anchor and reporter for three years. There, he covered everything from the Panthers and Hornets to high school sports and NASCAR for a dynamic and impactful station in the Charlotte market. He also enclosed several sports events including the 2022 Masters and many others in the sports department in the Palmetto State and the Gamecock women’s basketball national championship.

Previously he had been tenured at WGXA as a sports reporter and anchor where he spent about 1 year and 6 months since November 2017 in Macon, Georgia. He had also interned at YES Networks based in Stamford, CT for one month since June 2016. There he assisted the research department in producing timely and relevant statistics to be used by on-air talent during the Yankees’ pre-game and post-game shows. He also wrote, researched, and produced a feature segment on Yankees’ shortstop Didi Gregorius that aired on the weekly Joe Girardi Show.

Additionally, he also worked with various production departments (graphics, highlights, writers) daily to produce the Yankees’ pre-game and post-game shows on the YES Network. He also interned at Turner Sports from June 2015 to July 2015 in Atlanta, Georgia. During his free time, he loves spending time with his friends and family, watching movies, trying to break 100 on the golf course, and hiking.
