Later, he went on to serve in the Southern California desert in Palm Springs within which he worked for KESQ (ABC) and CBS Local 2 where he served as the stations’ sports director. Before serving KESQ as the sports director, he served as a weekend sports anchor and a reporter.
Prior to serving KGO, he worked for Fresno State Football’s unforgettable turnaround. In his free time, Alvarez enjoys perfecting his DJ skills, listening to music, working out, and exploring the Bay Area.
