Price graduated from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville. He later worked at the powerhouse radio station in St. Louis but later left to study and graduated with a master’s degree at the prestigious University of Missouri-Columbia. He resided in Columbia, where he was a morning news anchor and managed assignments at KOMU-TV. Price then went to Montgomery, Alabama, where he helped to launch WNCF-TV. There, he was also a weekend anchor and political reporter. Dave started his career at WHO-TV in 2001. He majors in covering state government and the history of the Iowa Caucuses.
Price’s reporting, writing, and anchoring have won him various awards including a national Emmy, Edward R. Murrow, as well as several state and regional awards.
