During her time in college, she worked as a production assistant at WGN-TV, an anchor and reporter for Loyola News, and a part of the daily newscast team for WLUW 88.7 FM.
Hope spent her whole life in Illinois before relocating to Florida. She was hired as a Field producer, Assistant assignment editor, and production assistant at WLS-TV ABC7 in Chicago, Illinois, from 2016 to 2019. From there, Hope landed a job as a reporter and fill-in anchor at WIFR-TV in Rockford, Illinois, where she spent one year before moving to Florida.
