From there, Janelle became a full-time summer conference coordinator at NBCU Academy in Englewood, New Jersey where she handled clients and worked with officials for about 4 months. Later, she joined the KREM 2 Media Group news team in Spokane, Washington and served as a multiskilled journalist for about 2 years. Now, she is working as a full-time multiskilled journalist at KUSA–TV 9NEWS in Denver, Colorado, the United States of America where she has been serving for the past 1 year. Additionally, she has been involved in the firsthand coverage of big stories and major headlines such as the Idaho students murder.
