Adams is working for WFTS as a weekend meteorologist at ABC Action News since joining the station in August 2017. He has worked for the station for 5 years and a month. He has recently revealed on his Facebook page that he just signed a contract that will allow him to work for the station till 2025.

Also, he holds the American Meteorological Society’s Certified Broadcast Meteorologist seal which is a top certification in the meteorology field. Further, he has  worked for WCPO-TV, Cincinnati as a morning weekend meteorologist for 2 years and 9 months since December 2014. Also, he has served for WEYI – NBC25, Flint as a morning meteorologist since joining in October 2012 for 2 years and 3 months.

Adams has also served 5NEWS, Fort Smith as a morning meteorologist for 2 years and 10 months since January 2010. Last but not least, he has served WTXL ABC27,Tallahesee as a morning meteorologist since July 2008 for a year and 7 months. Throughout his career he has broadcasted major Florida hurricanes, destructive  blizzards, intense tornadoes and ice storms.

For example, barely a week after arriving at WFTS, Hurricane Irma impacted Tampa Bay and Adams partook a role in on-screen and digital broadcasting the storm’s trail. When not working, he enjoys the beach and refers to himself as a ‘beach bum.’ Also, he is an ocean advocate and loves manatees, sea turtles and sharks.
