He was an anchor at WMAZ-TV Macon in  Georgia back in the year 1977  as his initial profit-oriented journalism. In addition, Brown progressed as an anchor in different posts at WDEF-TV Chattanooga and WTXL-TV Tallahassee. Also, he anchored at KFDX-TV Wichita Falls – Florida, WKRN-TV Nashville, WWAY-TV Willington, Tennessee, Texas, and also  North Carolina.

Brown, has assisted with the March of Dimes program in different foundations like the salvation Army Board and Bay Haven Charter Academy. Brown’s section 209th Public Information Detachment, was his unit in the  Television and American Forces Radio service.
