O’Kelly works for KNXV as a co-anchor for the morning news from 4:30 to 7 a.m. She joined the ABC 15 News team in August 2018. Her career began while she was in high school. At the age of 17, she served a Los Angeles-based television talk show as a host. This led to her work as a co-anchor co-anchor the morning news and forecast of the weather at KYMA-TV in Yuma.
Additionally, while she was serving in Yuma she gained an Associated Press award for investigative journalism. Further, she went on to serve in Santa Barbara at KEYT-TV, and San Diego at XETV-TV(FOX) as a fill-in news and weather anchor and as a free-lance reporter respectively. Also, she has worked in Phoenix as a co-host on Sonoran Living Live and forecasted the weather for ABC15 in Arizona. Later, she joined the 3TV in Phoenix and was nominated Best News Personality in 2013 and 2014.
In addition, she has hosted “The Emmitt Zone” alongside Dallas Cowboys great Emmitt Smith. Regularly, she served on The Weather Channel and Good Morning America Weekend as a fill-in weather forecaster for about 5 years. Too, 2015 she acted as the evening news anchor at CBS in Dallas/Fort Worth. Else, she was a guest co-host for The Talk on CBS in Los Angeles.
