Although she is new to Milwaukee, she is accustomed to the unpredictable weather that exists in the Midwest. Originally from Kansas City Metro, Molly’s interest in meteorology was sparked by her early fear of storms and the city’s broad variation of weather. She became an avid supporter of the Royals and Chiefs in Kansas City as well, but she is thrilled to be back in a city home to professional sports.

Molly began her career in broadcast meteorology working for the FOX, NBC, and CBS affiliates in St. Joseph, Missouri. After that, she was hired as a weekday morning meteorologist for two years in Northwest Missouri before relocating to Omaha. In Omaha, Nebraska, she worked as a reporter and weekend morning meteorologist for WISN’s sister station for two years before joining WISN 12 News. During her time there, she covered and predicted the region’s record floods in 2019. When Molly isn’t working, she enjoys reading, going on runs, and watching Kansas basketball. She is eager to explore new hiking locations along with her dog, Andy.
