Additionally, she also shared a behind-the-scenes look at what goes into saving lives and participated in hands-on ice rescue training by diving into the ice-cold water with the local fire department. Previously, she was tenured as a weekend anchor and multimedia journalist at WDVM in Hagerstown, Maryland covering live coverages. Valerie was lowered into a septic tank to show it’s no easy task to replace sewer pumps. There she also featured the cold case investigations alongside her teammates.
