He moved to southern Colorado after serving as a decorated active-duty soldier at Fort Carson for 15 years. His love of media began when he was a small child growing up in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. When Justin was fifteen years old, he began his career in radio as a producer for Denham Springs High School football and basketball games on WBIU radio.
Justin was also granted the opportunity to create LSU women’s sports content after the station’s sale to Gulfstar Communications and integration into the LSU Sports Network. Additionally, he has conducted interviews with several renowned individuals including former heavyweight champion boxer Evander Holyfield, legendary college football coach Eddie Robinson, and radio great Don Criqui.
