However, he was later offered a job by the WCTV channel 6 news director and took the position of an anchor for the Good Morning Show. Additionally, he came up and successfully anchored the Eye Witness News at Noon on Channel 27.

Art became a familiar face and his voice became famous to the people of Tallahassee and the
Big Bend has worked for almost two decades. Fortunately, he also won an Associated Press award and also worked as an emcee for community events.
