Born and raised in North Texas, he went back to his father’s state to pursue his ambition of becoming a sports broadcaster by enrolling in the world’s top journalism school—The University of Missouri, of course. Bradley began his professional career as a sports reporter and anchor at WAPT-TV in Jackson, Mississippi. He traveled hundreds of miles throughout the state, covering Mississippi State, Ole Miss, Jackson State, Alcorn State, and Southern Miss.
His favorite aspect of the job was interacting with the people of Mississippi and sharing the most important sports narratives. Now, more than 1,200 miles to the northwest and a mile upward, he aspires to accomplish the same in his new endeavor as a Colorado Springs morning reporter with specialized training. While in Jackson, he earned a spot in the Boston Marathon, and he can’t wait to use his newly acquired altitude abilities to defeat the water breathers.
