Lee was doing drugs like cocaine and having sexual relations with older men in their 40s and 50s in Laguna Beach during his teen year. Fortunately, Lee is a recovered addict and survivor of child sex abuse, hence he knows the importance of speaking up and speaking out about mental health. Lee’s purpose in life is to put a face to addiction so that the stigma around mental health can end hence creating a safe space that will allow others to come forward and ask for help. In fact, he has celebrated a decade of sobriety.

Additionally, he is an ambassador, of Sabino Recovery Trauma and Addiction Treatment Center Freelance. Here, neuroplasticity allows people who suffer from mental health to rewire their brains to help overcome traumatic life experiences. Brandon is also a motivational speaker at “Escaping Rock Bottom: The Podcast” since August 2018 whereby he focuses on addiction, recovery, and stories of hope. In addition, he is also an author and wrote a book titled “Mascara Boy” which is about addiction.
