Prior to joining KNCV, he served WFTS-TV, Tampa as a reporter for the r ABC Action News for 3 years and 2 months since February 2014. In 2015 and 2016, he was the Associated Press Multimedia Journalist of the Year.Also, he gained other awards for local investigations and breaking news.
Before working in Tampa,he served the NBC affiliate KSBY News in San Luis Obispo, California as a reporter. While there, he got an Emmy award for his breaking news broadcast during the Calf Wildfire. To boot,before serving as a journalist he worked for JP Morgan Chase for 6 years out of Scottsdale, Tempe and Phoenix.
