Wheeler went to Loyola University Chicago and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Broadcast Journalism and a minor in Spanish. While there, she gained experience interning at WTTW Chicago Tonight and also worked hard at ESPN 3 broadcasting college games.
Wheeler served as a hostess and server assistant at Blue Heron Grill from 2011 till September 2013. Later in 2014, she continued being a hostess but this time with Maggiano’s Little Italy for another one year and one month in Chicago, Illinois.
