Later she returned to Phoenix after two years and joined the CBS 5 Investigates team. Next, she climbed her way to 3TV to do the evening news segment.
Moore also did the story of the historic recall of Gov. Gray Davis and his subsequent election. In addition, she covered many snowy morning live shots from Blue Canyon and many devastating wildfires in the northern part of the state. One of her best times was when she met with the surviving nine Doolittle Raiders at their traditional goblet ceremony in 2003 and worked together in the World War II mission. Equally important she did the Phoenix Serial Shooter and Baseline Killer stories.
