When she was younger, she competed in pageants and volunteered at Dress For Success. Moreover, she’s a vegetarian and enjoys anything with cheese. Additionally, she enjoys all things nature and the outdoors. Once, she resided on a canoe for 5 days in the Everglades as part of a high school field trip. To boot, she is fond of cats.
When she was a sophomore, she served at the campus TV station CitrusTV and the top 40s radio station WJPZ. Also, she was part a member of a comedy club and a tour guide. In addition, she served WSYR and WBBH as an intern while in college. During her stint with KNOE, she provided coverage for President Donald Trump’s visit to Monroe, several drastic weather happenings, and many stories spotlighting the people of NELA. Also, she compiled an anniversary special on the EF-3 tornado that went through Ruston in 2019.
