O’Mara joined the WAGM TV team in August of 2008 as a morning weather anchor and reporter in the Morning Edition whereby she added Morning Co-Anchor. However, Kelly shifted to the 5:30 and 6 PM newscast as the evening co-anchor for several shows. Fortunately, she was promoted to the position of News Director in August 2014.
