She started her on-air journey as a student production assistant at UNC ABC’s Good Morning America in 2008. Then, she went to NPR and served as an editorial assistant and intern. There, she did research, interviews, guest booking, and story writing for 5 months. Next, she became a desk assistant for NBC in Washington D.C, the United States where she was in charge of logging events, pitching ideas, and working with editors and producers.
Kristin was also a senior statehouse reporter at WHAG TV in Hagerstown, Maryland, the USA in 2013 covering state politics and breaking news.
