Healy first had a taste of journalism at her school’s student-run television station CU-TV. She started off as an intern at CBS13 for one year then she was promoted to producer, morning reporter, and weekend anchor at CBS 13 News. Afterward, she moved to WTOV9 in Steubenville, Ohio, and worked there for some time.

Later, she went to WGME in Maine, the United States of America where she is currently serving as an anchor and multimedia journalist. Additionally, Lauren also took photography classes and print media lessons during her travels abroad. Plus, she loves working out, reading, traveling, and discovering new food spots around.

5th September 2022 was Lauren’s last day working for CBS13 which made her feel immensely appreciative with a Bittersweet being an extreme understatement. She had never been or knew anyone  when she arrived in Maine four years ago and hence was eager and unsure of what to anticipate with two weeks to find an apartment and move.

 Fortunately, years later, she met the most amazing individuals and forged lifetime connections, and am incredibly grateful for how the state and its residents exceeded her expectations.
