Prior to working for WJLA, she served the primetime magazine show “America Tonight” on Al Jazeera America as a correspondent and an investigative reporter for a year and a month since April 2015.
Her reports revealed misconduct in the judiciary, ingenious integral solutions to social problems and global environmental abuses. Also, she hosted “The Stream,” which is a a daily, primetime surfacing-happenings and political talk program for 3 years since May 2012 for for both Al Jazeera English (AJE) and Al Jazeera America (AJAM). The program engaged its audience via live participation in the show via Twitter, Facebook, Skype and Google platforms. In addition, she served Al Jazeera English as a news anchor and a program host for a year since 2011.
