Next, she became a multimedia journalist for NCC News in Syracuse, New York. There, she handled reports and broadcasts for almost three years. She also worked as a social media intern at NewsChannel 9 WSYR doing on-air preparations and live tweeting.

After five months, Nicole became an associate producer for NBC 6 WTVJ in Miramar, Florida where she worked as a freelancer for four months. Later, she got a reporter and multimedia journalist position at WCTI TV 12 in New Bern, North Carolina which lasted for about two years. From there, she became a Volusia Co. Bureau Chief and multimedia journalist at Spectrum Networks in charge of writing, pitching, and producing stories for over two years.

Moreover, she has been involved in the first-hand coverage of interesting stories and major headlines such as Hurricane Florence, the 2021 Daytona 500 finish and missing toddler Mariah Woods.
