However, some of the unforgettable weather happenings she provided coverage for include Hurricane Sandy making mainland at the Jersey Shore.
Second, the blizzard of 2016 entailed a round-the-clock broadcast for several days, and when she was sent to telecast the 2013 EF5 tornado that ruined an elementary school in Moore, Oklahoma. Nonetheless, she debuted her on-air meteorology career at WCTV in Tallahassee right after college. Later, she went on to be the meteorologist for Fox 13 in Tampa, Florida.
Additionally, she served NBC10 in Philadelphia as a weekday evening meteorologist for 5 years since 2012. As an ardent lover of water hobbies that weren’t easy to come by in Philadelphia, she purchased a paddleboard from San Diego and had it shipped across the country which she deems the “best decision ever.”Moreover, she served NBC4 in Washington, DC where she swiftly adapted to a morning schedule before coming to San Diego.
To boot, she is a Certified Broadcast Meteorologist and gained her CBM seal from the American Meteorological Society. On a side note, she holds shelter animals near and dear to her heart and all animals.
