Bell was one of the first presenters of the ITN news channel in August 2000, presenting various programs throughout the day including lunchtime between 12 pm and 2 pm. In 2003 she moved to Sky News where she hosted the weekday show Sunrise. A year later she joined CNN International. She resigned from that position in July 2004 after being arrested outside a restaurant with James Hewitt.
She then joined London radio station LBC 97.3 and presented shows in various time slots before presenting a regular Friday night show until April 2006. After that, she stayed with the station as a backup anchor. In late 2004 he founded Globel Communications, a media consulting firm serving professionals and businesses. From September 24, 2007, to January 4, 2008, Bell presented an afternoon show on LBC 97.3 from 1 pm to 4 pm on the current talk show entitled “Afternoon Delight”.
