Prior to serving WLS, he served Fox 32/WFLD-TV, Chicago as a general assignment reporter and a substitute anchor from 1998 to April 2017. He served the station for 19 years and a month. While serving in Chicago, he broadcasted crime, education business, politics, and transportation news.
Apart from that, he was sent off to broadcast some major stories on the state events counting Hurricane Katrina and 9-11 in New York. Moreover, he served in Salt Lake City, Utah at KSL-TV as a reporter from 1994 to 1998.
Also, he served in Lexington, Kentucky as a reporter from 1990 to 1990. To boot, he served as a reporter in Salisbury, Maryland at WMDT-TV from 1988 to 1990. While serving at these stations his reporting skills were honed. Else, he served in the United States Navy from 1979-1983.
