Brown attended Yukon High School and graduated in 2010. Thereafter, he joined Oklahoma Christian University from 2010-2012 and graduated in Public Relations and Image Management. Here, he was a rush director for Sigma, where he wrote the sports column for the newspaper for two years.

Additionally, he later joined the University of Central Oklahoma from 2012-2018 and earned a Bachelor’s degree in journalism with a concentration in Radio, Television, and Digital Communication. He participated in Sigma Chi Sigma as a rush director, U Central Radio Broadcast Producer, and Weather Man as well as, OC sports writer.

Brown is an anchor and reporter at KFOR NBC 4  since March 2023 in  passion for news spiked after graduating from the University of Central Oklahoma immediately after his graduation. He landed his very first job at a news station in OKC where he was a news writer, as well as an assignment desk editor.

Brown was a community volunteer at Oklahoma Love for five months whereby he handed out food to the homeless at Oklahoma City’s Jesus House. The Jesus House provides three meals a day for not only the recovering drug addicts that live there but, anyone else who is looking for a warm meal. Besides, he worked as a sales associate at Express and also as a server at Mama Roja in 2011.

 Further, he worked as a writer at KFOR for seven months and as a staff writer at The Vista where he wrote news as well as stories for a college paper. Also, joined the University of Central Parklands team as a  production assistant for weather forecast and later as a radio station manager. He produced radio segments for 99.3 U central Radio as well as; voice tracking, on-air hosting, and on-air live among other duties.

Brown joined the KRCR news team in 2019 from North Coast News where he had worked for over one year.
 His assignment was to deliver up-to-date and responsible journalism through visual and audible storytelling. Therefore, he joined KRCR ABC 7 in June 2019 as a news anchor with a lot of experience and skills in social media, adobe audition, and radio production among others.

Brown likes horses and spends time with his horse whenever off duty. Besides, he loves weightlifting, and polo as well as participating in triathlons. He has also loved to read widely since his tender age hence nicknamed by his parents as a “bookworm” at five years of age.
