She started working as an intern at WBIR Channel 10 In the year 2016-2017, and later progressed into a part-time job as a photographer and editor. This was in Knoxville, Tennessee Area for approximately one year and a half where she had her very first experience after college. In addition, she also volunteered at Name Phi Mu Fraternity gaining more experience.
She spent two years working at WMBB-News 13 in Panama City, Florida as a dayside reporter before moving to mornings a year later. Morgan was also the producer, and reporter of the midday show and anchored and filled in on the weather when she got employed from May 2017 -June 2019.
In the month of June 2019-Jan 2020, Morgan joined WMC Action News 5 in Memphis, Tennessee, and gained even more experience for about eight months. Morgan was the weekday morning reporter and anchored in the morning during the weekend making her expand.
Morgan landed a full-time job with Nexstar Media Group in Panama City, Florida, U from the month of January 2020 to date. She gained fine skills like -News writing, video production, and broadcasting among others from the mentioned employers for 5yrs in different broadcast industries, and also had on-air experience for 4 years leading to growth and improvements in her work as an anchor and reporter.
