Fahnbulleh was shortlisted for the ITV News Fellowship 2005. He worked for ITN and became a general reporter and presenter for Granada Reports on ITV Granada in North West England. Fahnbulleh joined Sky News as a reporter in November 2010. He has worked extensively with the British Army and was posted to the 1st Battalion of the Duke of Lancaster’s Regiment from Manchester and Liverpool for a six month visit to Afghanistan in the summer of 2010. That same year he became a freelance presenter for Sky World News between midnight and 6am.
