Jeff Ehling Weight Loss

Although his waistline indicated otherwise, many people claimed that he did not need to lose 39 pounds. He watched in disbelief and shock last year as the number on the scale just kept going up. He has always been active, and for decades, he has gone to the gym on a regular basis. His weight has always been around 167 pounds, and he stands at 5 feet 9 inches.

He never worried about what he ate or how much he ate in a day, and he rarely used a scale. He then turned fifty. His belly got bigger over the course of a few years slowly. He checked his weight a year ago and was shocked to see it in the 180s. It was 190 a few months later. He reached 200 pounds in September 2019. In August 2019, he took the most unflattering picture that he has ever taken.

He was dumbfounded by what he saw. He worked out at least three days a week on a regular basis and had no idea why he was getting bigger. He decided that it was time to examine his diet and exercise routine when he reached 200 pounds. At the time, his gym routine did not change much from year to year.

Three days per week, he worked out his entire upper body with weights and machines, focusing on the major muscle groups: triceps, biceps, back, shoulders, and chest. In terms of his diet, he would leave for work at 3 a.m. so that he could eat four meals per day and snack before dinner. He had a banana and a glass of whole milk at 2:30 in the morning.

He would drink a 16 or 20-ounce Coca-Cola and eat two breakfast tacos, usually with eggs and vegetables, at 7 a.m. He would typically have the night before’s leftovers at noon, and he never considered how many calories they added up to.

After working out in the afternoon, he would eat whatever was available for snacks, like cookies, chips, or Goldfish. His wife or he made whatever they wanted for dinner, usually chicken, and drank a few light beers to end the night. He had to change something.
