He previously co-anchored Good Day Orlando on FOX 35 from 2009 until 2016. In addition, he is the inventor and president of Bib Magnets LLC, founded in 2016. Brown is a nationally known TV host, public speaker, radio talk show host, and author of numerous books.

John Brown Career
Brown graduated with a degree in Biology and a minor in Chemistry from Central Methodist University – College of Liberal Arts and Sciences. He later joined Barry University in 1996 where he did communications for two years. Brown began his journalism career at KSPR-TV in Springfield, Missouri, as an anchor of a morning show – The Morning Scoop in 1999. He would later be promoted to evening news anchor after working at the station for four years.
In 2004, John moved to Orlando, Florida to join the Daily Buzz as the morning show host, for two years, before joining KTVI FOX 2 as an anchor and reporter for five years. During the same period, he also acted as the radio talk show host for the Big 550 KTRS where he hosted a midday talk show for three hours covering politics, sports, and other emerging current affairs.
In July 2011, Brown joined FOX 35 Orlando, WOFL-TV as the morning anchor for Good Day Orlando besides producing and hosting a public affairs show, Orlando Matters. He worked at the station for five years until July 2016 when he decided to commit all his time and effort to Bib Magnets, LLC in Saint Louis, Missouri where he acts as the inventor and president to date.
Brown returned back to FOX 35 Orlando, WOFL-TV in July 2021 as the evening newscasts anchor, a position he holds to date. He is very good at his work and has been named Best Large Market News Anchor by the Missouri Broadcasters Association. In addition, John is also a respected emcee and an author of numerous books.
