Here, he was honored by the Wyoming Assoc. of Broadcasters for feature news reporting and delivering news updates for local radio partners among others. He also took time to go skiing, horseback riding, and mountain climbing.
Also, he joined the WNWO team as a general assignment reporter for two years where he covered live, often breaking news events in Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan, as well as the run-up to the ’08 Presidential Campaign visits of Barack Obama, John McCain, and Hillary Clinton. Besides, he was an anchor and correspondent at RT from 2009-2015.
Further, Matt is a freelance journalist at Westchester Magazine where he wrote a widely-praised investigative profile of a local town supervisor whose investment fund defrauded its clients. Also, profiled firms and nonprofits are honored with the annual Small Business Awards. July 2015. He is also a voiceover artist at Freelance Voiceover Talent.
