Glaser started her journalism journey at KMOX in St. Louis, Missouri, the United States of America as a reporter on political news in 2008. Then, she became an intern and production assistant at CBS News doing interviews, story pitching, research, and participating in press conferences for about 6 months. Next, she served as a multi-media journalist at KOMU-TV in Columbia, Missouri, the United States. She was in charge of covering live news, producing, and writing stories. After 3 years and 4 months, she went to Patch in Chicago, Illinois, the USA, and worked as a video journalist.
Rachel also got hired at WBND ABC 57 in South Bend, Indiana as a multi-media journalist for over one year engaged in researching, shooting, and editing.
