Later, she became its graduate with a Bachelor Of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies and Drama in 2015. While at the college, she partook in the Alpha Phi Sorority and served WOLV-TV as a sports anchor and a production assistant for Sportsnite for 9 months since August 2014.

Prior to serving WTVJ, she served in Providence, Rhode Island at WPRI -TV as a sports anchor and a reporter for three years. When in college, Polinsky discovered a way to join her love of performance and storytelling with her love of sports hence she pursued a sports broadcasting career.
In the wake of her graduation, she debuted her TV broadcasting career when she served in Wichita Falls, Texas at KFDX-TV as a weekend sports anchor and a reporter for 2 years. Further, she served in Providence, Rhode Island at WPRI-TV as a sports anchor and a reporter from April 2018 to March 2020.
Upon her joining the station, she initially served as a sports reporter and a multimedia journalist for 2 years and 9 months prior to her promotion. While serving in Rhode Island, New England, she broadcasted a Stanley Cup Final, two Super Bowls, and a World Series while following two college basketball teams to the NCAA Tournament.
In 2019, she gained the National Sports Media Association’s “Rhode Island Sportscaster of the Year” award. TIn that span of time, she also earned a National Academy of Television Arts and Science nomination for her feature story on a 15-year-old female boxer, Sierra Martinez. On a side note, she resides in Miami and enjoys being outdoors and active. Of late, she started playing golf and loves the South Florida food scene.
