In her quarter century at WOWT, she aided in uncovering an absence of safety and affordable rental housing that impacted refugee and immigrant communities.

Due to her report, there was a declaration of rental housing and landlord registry law. Her broadcast in 2019 of the unforgettable flooding was awarded. The broadcast plummeted into the aftereffect and exposed small towns that struggled to come back from the crisis. In 2015, she served CBC/Radio-Canada as a reporter for less than a year.
