Prior to Baltimore, she served in Miami at WSVN as a general assignment reporter. During her time there, she provided coverage for breaking news for the station.
Additionally, she served in Asheville, North Carolina at WLOS as a morning reporter and substitute anchor. However, her career debuted when she served in Chattanooga, Tennessee at WTVC as a one-woman band where she shot, edited, and presented stories on air. During her time there, she attained two Associated Press awards for her reporting on police use-of-force policies, especially the use of chokeholds.
Moreover, her love for journalism debuted when she served off-screen as a production assistant for NBC at the Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang, South Korea, and Dateline NBC in New York as an intern. Also, she enjoys serving young girls as a mentor. When she is not working, she enjoys catching a live concert, exploring the city, or working out.
