Wren Clair is an American and the primary evening meteorologist for “5 Eyewitness News” at KSTP-TV. Her career in Broadcast Meteorology started in the Northwoods of Wisconsin. She lived in Rhinelander, Wisconsin where she was also working. While there, Wren forecasted snow storms, and also frequently covered lake effect snow off of Lake Superior. Additionally, Clair left “America’s Dairyland” for Boston where she covered about a dozen Nor’easters throughout her time in New England. Clair covered events like Boston’s February 2017 Blizzard, and historic flooding from the “bomb cyclone” on January 4th of 2018.

Wren frequently visits schools chatting about the weather and science. She is excited to be home in the Twin Cities, with her husband Adam, and their cat, Charlie. Clair frequently trails run, bikes, cross country, and downhill skis in the winter whenever off duty. She enjoys watching baseball, hockey, and winter sports in general. Wren is excited to gain access to the art scene in the Twin Cities. Whenever she can find some extra time, Wren draws, paints, and does pottery.
