Harrison also worked as an anchor for the HEAT Network at Hofstra University. He served as the anchor of a television news program that focused on Hofstra University activities. He also hosted Hofstra’s live broadcast during the 2018 election, which covered important races throughout the country.
Following his graduation, Harrison was hired as a multimedia journalist at Spectrum News in central New York. He was mostly stationed in the Utica bureau. He then moved to Albany where he worked for WTEN-TV as a reporter for two years before moving to North Carolina.
