He is currently a Professor of Medicine and Engineering at USC Keck School of Medicine and USC Viterbi School of Engineering, and Executive Director and Founder of the Lawrence J. Ellison Institute for Transformative Medicine. Agus chairs the Global Agenda Council (GAC) on Genetics at the World Economic Forum and is a regular speaker at TEDMED, the Aspen Ideas Festival, and the World Economic Forum. David’s research focused on the use of cancer modeling technology and new cancer treatments. He has published numerous scientific articles.
