Brown is a full time weekday morning anchor at WEEK-TV in Peoria, Illinois, United States since March 2022. Previously, she worked as weekend morning anchor, fill-in evening anchor and reporter at WCAX-TV for three years in Burlington, Vermont. While there, she covered various stories like protests, city government and stories highlighting Black-owned businesses. Also, Erin interviewed Senators Bernie Sanders and Patrick Leahy.

Further, Erin served  at WBTW in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina and KRNV in Reno, Nevada. She began her career in broadcasting as an intern at ABC News in New York City and Washington, D.C. During this time, she was lucky to participate in an undercover investigative story exposing car dealers illegally selling new vehicles using safety recalls on them. Additionally, Erin shadowed producers and correspondents on Capitol Hill, on shoots and interviews, and in the edit rooms.

Brown is excited  to explore mid west and excited to blend in Central Illinois community despite being a self-proclaimed “east coast girl,”. Also, she loves visiting new restaurants in town, and usually watch reruns of 30 Rock (her favorite show) whenever off duty. Erin spends quality time with her five siblings, and taking naps with her cat, Delilah.
