Jim Berry is an American journalist who is a five-time Emmy award winner and works for CBS4 News in Miami Florida as the main Sports Anchor. Therefore, Berry anchors sportscasts for weeknights. Jim also covers Miami Dolphins and hosts the pre-game show “Dolphins Weekly Live”, and the 5th Quarter post-game show in the football season. Berry has been in CBS4 since August of 1996 although, before that.
In April 1994 he worked at the CBS-owned station in Chicago WBBM-TV. Jim won best of Miami three times. Also, he received an award from the Silver Circle of Excellence for his excellence in journalism awarded by the Suncoast Chapter of the National Academy of Arts and Sciences.

Further, Berry also worked at WSVN-TV as a Sports Director for about six years and at WBTV located in Charlotte, N.C. as a reporter on training and was later promoted to a weekend anchor. However, he later worked for WJLA-TV in Washington, D.C, and worked as an anchor and reporter although he later joined sports. Besides, he often motivates various groups in schools and participates in numerous charities.
