Who is Jojo Gentry?

Jojo Gentry is an American journalist currently working at CBS4/FOX59 as a sports reporter in Indianapolis. Before, she was serving 44News in Evansville as the first-ever female Sports Director. Therefore she went ahead and joined the Greater Evansville Sports Hall of Fame.

Gentry grew up in Anderson, Indiana, and went to Lapel High School. There she played golf and tennis and she advanced to play golf at Butler University. Also, she became a sophomore and played for the Bulldogs for three seasons. Onwards, she graduated and got a degree in journalism. However, she has been suffering from epilepsy. Therefore she joined the fight to spread its awareness and became a member of the Epilepsy Foundation Board of Indiana. Additionally, she is also a board member of the Indiana Golf Association.

Then, she landed her current post at CBS4/FOX59 as a sports reporter in 2019. She has been living with epilepsy which pushed her to advocate its awareness hence becoming a board member for the Epilepsy Foundation of Indiana.
