Valderrama once worked at Home-Grown Industries of Ga, Inc. dba Mellow Mushrooms as a hostess for five months in 2013. In addition, she was a Spanish tutor from Aug 2012 – Dec 2013 at Georgia Southern University in Statesboro, Georgia. There, she helped students in lower-level Spanish courses with developing pronunciation skills and learning Spanish conjugations, and sentence structure.

Stefany interned at Connect Savannah whereby she assisted with the Best of Savannah Awards by signing in guests and presenting awards to winning businesses. However, she later joined Seventeen Magazine as a social media representative and hence organized marketing and promotional events for advertisers. Valderrama vividly remembers her story of a family that was requesting the community to go for a test to get a bone marrow match for 1-year-old Maci Hyman. She aired the story and hence got more than 1,700 people being tested and Maci received a bone marrow transplant. Fortunately, she is now cured of cancer. Stefany loves watching crime documentaries on Netflix, exercising, reading books, and listening to a podcast by the pool.
